In shrink machine, packing nylone is charged with high static charge due to disisolution and frictions at the rolls. Static charge causes packaging nylone to get dusted and damaged leading into scraps which is an undesired situation.

In labelling machines, static charge is formed during the process of taking the label from the batch to stick on the bottle. Static charge is an undesired situation because the label does not appropriately stick on the surface which is leading into increasement of scrapped pieces.

In Vertical packaging machines static charge formed during dissolution causes the film to adhere on the rolls, resulting into inappropriate edges, and also collection of dust so that the product packed is contaminated.

At Automatic sleeve machines the plastic shrink film (sleeve) rolled comes to forming unit. Here it is shaped in tube form so that it is placed appropriately on material to be cut and shrinked. During this process undesired static charges are formed. This will lead into production defects and scraps.

In packing machines, due the unwinding of the film, undesired static charges are appearing.

In Bag Cutting Machinery undesried static charges are formed at cut surfaces due to friction and temperature. The static charge formed will cause the bags adhere on the rolls that will lead intostackings and loss of production.

During bag making, an additional plastic film is placed on the handle of the bag. During this process, the added plastic film slows down the production leading into scraps.

During the dissolving, shaping and cutting processes of the plastic sheet in the thermoforming machine, electrostatic charge is observed on the plate and finished product.
