Static Application of Plastic Part Paint
Static electricity damage can not be ignored when painting plastic parts. The plastic parts are cleaned with a cloth at the entrance of the painting and placed in the conveyor. It is observed that electrostatic charge is generated during cleaning on the parts and dust particles entering into this static area adhere to the surface of the part and make a trace under the paint and the paint does not completely homogeneously disperse to the surface when the paint is applied to the static electricity charged surface. This leads to an undesirable situation, as the products will return from the production line, increase in labor and waste of time. It shows the ionization of television cabinets. H & O ACK-H2SF Air Blower creates an ionized air curtain at the transition point of the cabin when placed as shown. The parts passing through this area are purified from static electricity and the problems of dusting and static electricity are avoided.
