Static Application in Pad Printing Machine

The Pad, which is a silicone based product in the pad presses, touches the surface to be printed leadig into paint splashes on the static charged pad and print surfaces that will be formed as a result of the rubbing. This problem is undesirable because it affects the quality of production and causes product failures. Moreover, due to the adherence of the dust and dirt on the products to the pad, printing mistakes will occur and cause fire.In order to solve the problems, spray of paint can be prevented by neutralizing the static charge on the pad with air blower (Nozzle). Besides, dust and dirt on the products can be prevented from printing mistakes by means of the anti static bar placed on the conveyor and consistency of production will be ensured.
