Static Application at Printing Presses

When the paper bobbin is opened in the printing press, the surface of the paper is charged with static electricity. Undesirable behaviors such as dust and particle attraction are observed on the surface of the paper due to the static before printing and after drying the dryer. This is the result for faulty printing and poor quality production.

As can be seen, the static charges on the paper surface are neutralized by the antistatic bars placed at the entrance and exit points of the printing machine. In this way an error-free printing can be realized, cleaner and trouble-free printing are performed.
