Multi Head Labelling Machine Application

In labelling machines, static charge is formed during the process of taking the label from the batch to stick on the bottle. Static charge is an undesired situation because the label does not appropriately stick on the surface which is leading into increasement of scrapped pieces.

To solve the problem, airboost bars are placed as shown so that the static charge on the bottles is eliminated. In some cases, neutralizing the bottles does not provide a solution itself. In this case, an additional bar should be placed below the conveyor in which the label is seperated from the batch. This application elimites the repelling forcebetween the label and bottle due to be charged with same polarity.
